3.3 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ria88. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ria88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). ria88 may require Players to undergo identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. Players must supply documentation as requested, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
Age Restriction: ria88 takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. Underage gambling is illegal. Any accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ria88 account login credentials, including username and password. ria88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
4.2 Players must not share their account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through a Player's account, whether authorised by the Player or not, shall be deemed to be the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ria88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and online banking. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ria88 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported payment methods are generally credited to the Player's account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. ria88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. ria88 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits.

7.2 Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless ria88 provides an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation feature for the relevant market.

10.2 ria88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.
10.3 ria88's total aggregate liability to any Player, to the extent it is not otherwise excluded by these Terms & Conditions or applicable law, shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
